Guests Referral Offer Terms and Conditions

Propertifolio will reward you, the accommodation guest, for the successful referrals of a customer with AUD$500 (five hundred dollars). This will be in the form of a bank transfer to an Australian bank account of your choice.

Properties will need to pass our requirements and the referred prospect to have become a customer of Propertifolio by accepting and signing up our Property owner agreement.

Note that referrals to Propertifolio are confidential.

To qualify the referred prospect must not have contacted Propertifolio prior to Propertifolio receiving the referral from you, the accommodation guest.

The referral fee of $500 will be paid to you once the first monthly report of the referred customer has been issued.

Propertifolio may at any time and for any reason suspend, terminate or change the terms and conditions of the Guest referral program
